Natasha Corrett is an entrepreneur, bestselling author and healthy vegetarian chef specialising in healthy cuisine.

Natasha founded Honestly Healthy, five years ago, as a way to inspire and educate a healthy and alkaline way of living.

Alongside running a Fridge Fill service of delicious and nutritionally balanced meals, she is also the author of three bestselling cookbooks with a fourth Honestly Healthy in a hurry  in April 2016. She is the curator of three successful eBooks, a bestselling app that reached no.1 on iTunes, runs interactive online cooking classes and consults for hotels worldwide. Having produced a hugely successful online Magazine Honestly Healthy, Natasha is often asked to collaborate with like-minded brands on creating content from videos to blogs for their individual campaigns. With a dedicated 450,000 social media followers behind her, Natasha constantly shares recipes, tips, videos and information on how to integrate the alkaline way into everyday life.

Natasha’s famous alkaline food delivery service ‘Fridge Fill’ went national in April 2013 delivering from three days to three weeks of nutritionally balanced alkaline cleanses direct to customers’ doors anywhere in the UK.
Her food and recipes are a huge success amongst the press and famous personalities including the likes of Victoria Beckham, Fearne Cotton, Lisa Snowdon, Robbie Williams, Millie Mackintosh, Laura Whitmore, Mel C, Marcus Wearing and Jessie Ware.
Having successfully implemented her philosophy and unique approach to cooking across other business areas, Natasha has consulted for a range of hotels including LUX* Island Resorts in Mauritius & Maldives, La suite west and Pullmans St. Pancras in London.

Staying true to her core health values, passion and high quality of service, Natasha has worked with a variety of brands to educate and help them reach a wider audience through her valued and expansive network.

Through live cooking demonstrations, online videos, guest blogs and creating recipes, Natasha has assisted brands such as Holland & Barrett, BRITA, Planet Organic, John Lewis, Curry’s and LK Bennett in spreading the healthy living word.

Natasha teaches private chefs to cook the alkaline way, and gives talks and demonstrations regularly. In 2014, she launched the Honestly Healthy cooking classes at select London venues.

An innovative program launched in July 2015 with live online cooking classes to demonstrate and teach the simple steps of alkaline recipes in the comfort of your own kitchen through YouTube and Periscope.

In early 2014, Natasha was ahead of the times yet again when she decided to launch the Honestly Healthy Supperclubs. The evening events held at the Beach Blanket Babylon were constantly in demand as each event sold out with in a matter of days of tickets going live.

Natasha has appeared on various TV and radio programmes including Sunday Brunch, London Live, Ireland AM and Live With Gabby Logan’s and Gabby Roslin’s popular BBC 2 Radio Show. She also writes a regular column for Women’s Health Magazine sharing her knowledge on healthy ingredients and recipes.

As Natasha celebrates her 5th anniversary, the UK’s leading Vegetarian healthy expert and chef is working on her next book, running her new online cooking classes and appearing at upcoming festivals this year including Big Festival, OnBlackhealth , BBC Food and her first !!  pop up Cookery class and Restaurant  at Limewood Hotel, The New Forest in May .

With numerous exciting collaborations coming up Natasha has also found time to create a new Superblend product which will launch later this year, manage her popular online magazine and continue to revolutionise the food delivery industry though creating delicious healthy recipes.
